Returns & Exchanges
If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please email us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com before sending your items back to Israel. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted.
As a small business based in Tel Aviv, we’re unable to cover shipping costs or any duties, taxes, or fees related to returns.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:

Items must be returned back to us in Israel within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.
After We Receive Your Return: Once we inspect your item(s), we’ll notify you if your return or exchange is approved. If approved, please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to your original payment method. We also offer store credit (good forever) if you prefer.

Exceptions:

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Damaged Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible!
