Returns & Exchanges

If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please email us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com before sending your items back to Israel. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted.

As a small business based in Tel Aviv, we’re unable to cover shipping costs or any duties, taxes, or fees related to returns.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned back to us in Israel within 14 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Contact us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.

After We Receive Your Return: Once we inspect your item(s), we’ll notify you if your return or exchange is approved. If approved, please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to your original payment method. We also offer store credit (good forever) if you prefer.

Exceptions:

  • Socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Damaged Items: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible!
