Why Tel A'vive?

Whether you're a local Tel Avivian or someone who hold this city close to your heart, we all know to be a part of this community you must know what it's like to truly live, hence the name Tel A'vive.

Is Tel A'vive Involved in Any Give Back Programs?

A portion of our proceeds will go to local Israeli non-profit organizations which focus heavily on rebuilding efforts since October 7th, 2023. In 2025, we will specifically donate our proceeds to support the familes of those held hostage.

We will continue to partner with organizations with a focus on, but not limited to: displaced families affected in the north and south of Israel, bereaved families, widowed and orphaned individuals affected by the war and hostage crisis & wildlife and farm damage and preservation. If you're interested in getting involved or have a meaningful program to share with us, we'd love to learn more.

Where Are You Based?

We're an online store based in Tel Aviv. If you'd like to drop in for an in-person fitting or just to say hi, we'd love to see you!

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do! Although we're based in Tel Aviv, we know our Tel A'vive community spans worldwide, so we're here to serve you anytime, any-wear. If you're having trouble getting an order to your country, reach out and we will confirm all of the details to see how we can make it happen!

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?

Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your location and are determined by your local customs office. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import charges required to release your shipment. Please be aware that Tel A'vive is not liable for any customs delays or fees. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your destination country’s customs regulations and potential charges before placing an order.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Is Your Clothing True to Size?

Yes, our garments are true to size, but keep in mind we offer an oversized unisex fit, so it depends on your preferred style. The model specifications should help you understand the fit of each product. If you have any specific questions, feel free to email us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com, and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

What If I Want my Garment More Fitted?

If you'd like your garment more fitted, but still with an oversized look, we recommend to size down. If you're looking for a perfectly oversized garment, order your true size.

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order Once Submitted?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel the order or edit your shipping details. We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. Please contact us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com if you have additional questions.

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

As a small business, returns are currently at the expense of the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hiyoosh@tel-avive.com for instructions on how and where to send the items back.

Returns must be received back to us in Tel Aviv within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Items must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and with all original tags attached. Merchandise without original tags or that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted. For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy here.

How Do Preorders Work?

When placing a preorder, you will be required to pay the full price upfront due to the custom nature of the order. Once your preorder item arrives to us in Tel Aviv, we will notify you via email and ship your preorder within 5 business days.

Please note: Preorders may take up to 10 weeks from the order date to arrive to us in Tel Aviv before we ship your items. Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may be delayed due to production or logistics.

How Quickly Will My Items Ship?

Your order will process and ship within 5 business days. Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking details. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Once your order ships, you should receive your order within 14 business days depending on the method of shipment and location.

My Order Arrived And Something's Not Right.

We're so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please email us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com with your order details and include a photo along with a description of the issue and we will make sure to get it squared away as soon as possible.

How can I use my Tel A'vive Gift Card And When Does It Expire?

You can apply your unique gift code during checkout on our website! The gift card will never expire. 

Can I use my International Gift Card When I'm In Israel?

Unfortunately, you are not able to use your international gift card when in Israel as the currency rates differ per location. In order to use your gift card in Israel, the gift card must be purchased in NIS.

How Do I Send My Order Back For Return or Exchange?

Since we're a small business, we don't provide return labels just yet, but if you'd like to send back your item(s) for a new size, send us an email to let us know about your exchange and we'll provide you with all of the necessary details to get the order back to us.

Once confirmed, just drop your package off at your local Post Office or schedule a pickup with your shipping courier of choice.

Items must be received back to us within 14 business days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, in the same condition as received & with all original tags affixed. If your items do not arrive back to us in the same condition as originally shipped, your return can be sent back to you at an additional cost or donated, whichever you prefer.

What If My Package Is Lost? Who is Responsible?

If your package is lost in transit, we’re here to help you track it down. However, once proof of delivery is provided to the confirmed address, we’re unable to take responsibility for the package. If your package doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, please give it up to 3 business days before reaching out to us for assistance with filing a claim. In the case that your package is confirmed delivered but is missing, we recommend checking around your property and contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or trace the item.

Where is Tel A'vive Designed and Produced?

Our pieces are designed right in the heart of Tel Aviv and imported from various spots around the globe. Our clothing is manufactured in northern Portugal and our accessories are currently manufactured in China with small manufacturing sites to ensure fair labor practices and sustainability. 

Why Portugal?

Great question! To start, Portugal is one of our favorite countries, so why not have an excuse to visit every once in a while? Stam...the [other] main reason is that clothing made in Portugal is eco-responsible and the sustainability and quality is second to none. Most important of all, ethical working conditions make Portugal a highly sought-after country for clothing production. Not to mention...have you seen our quality? ;)

How Should I Care For My Garments?

Each garment has specific washing instructions included on the inside care label. Our garment-dyed pieces must be washed separately and our fabric-dyed pieces can be washed with like colors following the care instructions on the care label found inside your garment. All items are pre-shrunk, so you never have to worry about shrinkage. If you have additional questions about how to best care for your garment, please reach out to us at hiyoosh@tel-avive.com

What Materials Are Your Garments & Accessories Made From?

All of our clothing made in Portugal is crafted from 100% organic cotton, grown with eco-friendly practices that use significantly less water and eliminate harmful pesticides and fertilizers. This sustainable approach not only supports healthier soil but also reduces environmental impact. We are committed to ethical labor standards and prioritize eco-responsible methods at every step of production. Our hats are made from 100% cotton, our socks feature a blend of cotton, polyester, and spandex, and our tote bags are crafted from 100% cotton, ensuring a natural, sustainable product from start to finish.
